At Woof Dog Products, we want your pup to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the products are free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are clean and in sellable condition, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
